Contacting us to receive a service
We operate a Support Line service enabling families and professionals to speak directly with a Child Bereavement Support Worker, and we’d encourage anyone with concerns to get in touch. We also offer an Early Support phone service for families to help support the bereavement needs of children and young people in the early weeks following a death.
Our website contains guidance, resources and activities which many families and professionals may find sufficient in providing the support needed. If further support and services may be needed from Nelson’s Journey, then please visit and read through our Request Support page.

Finding us
Smiles House is in Little Plumstead, a few miles east of Norwich and close to the A47. We are in Octagon Park, which can be accessed from Hospital Road. Octagon Park has a large car park, which is free to use. There is a bus stop on Hospital Road, but please check for bus service times.
