Please note: We will have trained first aiders walking with the group, but you are responsible for your own health and safety and ensuring you are able to complete the distance.

As we will be starting and finishing at different location you will be responsible for your transport to and from the start and finish line, we would recommend you get dropped off to Blakeney, there are regular trains and buses from Cromer to Norwich City Centre and any onward journeys.

To take part you need to be age 18 or over.

We will have a selection of small snacks and refreshments available at the halfway point, but you will need to ensure you have sufficient food and water to last you the duration of the walk.
