Thank you to Warburtons Community Grants!

A huge thank you to Warburtons Community Grant for granting us £400, which has provided 50 Nelson’s Journey teddy bears for bereaved children and young people in Norfolk!

 

These bears were given out during closing visits or at the ending ceremonies at Hilltop weekends to 50 bereaved Children and Young People, as a symbol of the support they have received, as well as the grief journey they have been on and continue to navigate in their lives.

 

These bears provide a comfort to bereaved young people, as they move onwards in life from Nelson’s Journey’s support.

 

Our Funding and Marketing Officer, Maisie said “We were so pleased to receive this funding from Warburtons Community Grants earlier in the year, funding from generous organisation such as this, allows Nelson’s Journey to continue providing life-changing support to young people.”
