In celebration of our 25^th Birthday, we are asking people in the community to join in with an activity to remember their special person to help us create a remembrance area which we will be installed at Hilltop Outdoor Centre by the end of 2023.

We know that the journey of grief is different for everyone, so this activity allows children, young people and adults to express their emotions and memories around their personal bereavement through art. Whilst we understand these feelings can be hard to cope with, we hope that through this therapeutic activity, we can unite in celebrating all the smiles that have been brought back through the support we’ve provided during the last 25 years.

Simply decorate a stone or rock in memory of your special person and drop off at one of our nominated locations detailed below by 31^st July 2023.
