Nelson’s Journey Walk of Smiles 2024
Nelson’s Journey Walk of Smiles is a special occasion to get together with your family and friends, to remember a special person who has died, or to think of those people who are grieving. After the walk, there will be a number of fun family activities for everyone to enjoy.
The event is open for anyone to take part in, and is also one of our positive activities we hold for the families we work with. It’s a very important date to us, as it’s an opportunity to keep in touch with the families, new and old, that we support to see how they are getting on.
All walkers are invited to raise sponsorship for Nelson’s Journey. Although this is not essential to take part in the Walk of Smiles, raising funds for us will help us to deliver the therapeutic activities we use to support the families we work with.

Times: 10am – 2pm (Walk starting at 11am)
Venue: The Octagon Business Park Grounds, Little Plumstead, Norwich, NR13 5HR
Thank you to everyone who showed their support and joined us for our 2024 Walk of Smiles event.
Despite the inclement weather, our wonderful walkers donned their waterproofs and powered on to walk in memory of their loved ones.
With over 100 people joining us on the day as well as a number of our furry friends, the event was enjoyed by all.
We would like to thank all of our wonderful volunteers who gave up their time to help make the day happen. This also goes out to all the wonderful suppliers who loaned their services for the day. We really would not be able to do what we do without your support.
